The prices are all-including (towels, bed linen, energy and final cleaning).

However, you need to pay an additional overnight-tax (Citytax) of 5%. This only applies to private but not to commercial overnight stays.

One-time additional service and cleaning costs for rental periods <3 days:

Pets

are only allowed on request and if, then only in the apartment on the grund floor. We charge 10 EUR per night and pet.

Citytax: 5%

Since 01-01-2014, Berlin raises a city tax of 5%. This is not valid for commercial and business travelers!

Payment conditions

Payment in cash with arrival, if necessary first installment of 30% at contract conclusion. Upon request we send you the bill by E-mail early enough to receive bank transfer on day of arrival.

Contract design

With the guest inquiry, the offer of the landlord, the booking by the tenant and the booking confirmation by the landlord a valid contract is concluded according to BGB.

Cancellation

The guest can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the rental period. The withdrawal must be in written form (email or letter). The withdrawal becomes effective upon receipt of the declaration by the landlord.

The following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellation up to 8 days before the arrival date is free of charge.
• For cancellations between 8 days and 1 day before arrival, 50% of the rental price will be charged.
• In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the arrival date and in case of non-arrival, the full rental price must be paid.

Contractual basis

German BGB and DTV terms
